What Makes DHP Homes Different?

It starts with our process.  As a custom home builder we work one on one with new homeowners to ensure that your design works for you.  With in-house registered designers we are able to customize your home to suit you and your needs.

We have a unique selections process that allows you to decide which products, finishes, etc. will go into your home.  This ranges from exterior finishes, kitchen, electrical layouts, flooring, all the way down to your door hardware.  We stand by our products and are confident that our builder’s standard packages exceed industry standards.

We offer a complete building permit package, Tarion enrollment and a personal homeowner’s binder for all of our builds.
